Not going to lie guys, it does NOT feel like Sunday. Our whole house got hit with, like, 3 different viruses and on our busiest weekend, too. I always hear about families who all get hit at the same time with a virus and they all struggle, I thought it was a myth, haha!
We are officially one week away from halloween! This was the first year we waited until October to decorate. Usually, we decorate in, like, August, and it drives me crazy. I get so bored of the decor before the holiday even approaches. So, this was a nice refresher.
Turning 30 has me thinking about more than just a new generation of life; it has me thinking about the woman I'm becoming and how I want to express her through my style.
You know you are from Texas when its mid-October and you just know you shouldn't pack up the shorts yet. Also, when you wake up needing to wear sweats but have to pack a change of clothes because of the 20 degree jump from 11-1pm. Yep, that's Texas!
What a week it's been. We are already two weeks into October and I have to admit, I still have no idea what we are doing for costumes, hah! I am trying to decide between Bluey, DCC cheerleaders or pirates. Who knew Halloween would make me so indecisive.
I don't know about you, but I am so excited for this blog! A place where all my hobbies can go into one hub. It's like drinking a nice cold glass of water during Texas Summer, refreshing! (I would say tea but I'm still working on that!)
